About The Position

HSHS is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to work between St. Mary's and St. Vincent Hospitals. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven individuals comfortable working independently with all age groups using a variety of imaging equipment and systems. New grads are welcomed to apply. This role is part of the X-ray department and focuses on imaging. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with day shifts starting between 4 am and 1 pm. There is a rotation for every 3rd-5th weekend, on-call 1 night per week, and every 12th-16th weekend with 12-hour shifts. The facilities are St. Mary's Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital, located in Green Bay, WI. Compensation is aligned with experience.

Requirements

Bachelors or Associates degree is required or must have completed an accredited radiology technology program.
WI: Licensed Radiographer issued by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is required.
IL: Accreditation (or Temporary Accreditation) in Medical Radiation Technology issued by the IL Department of Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is required.
Certification/registration or registry-eligible as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

1 year experience is preferred.
Certification/registration must be obtained within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Work between St. Mary's and St. Vincent Hospitals.
Work independently with all age groups.
Utilize a variety of imaging equipment and systems.
Perform imaging duties as part of the X-ray department.
Work full-time, 36 hours per week.
Work day shifts with start times varying between 4 am - 1 pm (8-10 hour shifts).
Rotate every 3rd - 5th weekend.
Be on call 1 night per week.
Work every 12th-16th weekend with 12-hour shifts (5a-5p or 8a-8p).
