About The Position

Highland Hospital is seeking a full time Xray Tech to join the team. This is a three- 12 hour shift. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7pm-7am. Holiday and on call responsibilities apply. Performs under limited supervision, always following established policies, procedures and accepted professional standards. Establishes and maintains positive and professional interpersonal communication with patients and department staff. Maintains patient confidentiality. Works with a diverse patient population. Understands and is fully aware and supports the rights of all Highland Hospital patients.

Requirements

• Fulfilled the requirements to be a Licensed Radiology Technologist in NY State
• R.T. qualified candidates will be considered.
• Must be L.R.T or R.T. qualified (if R.T. qualified, we must validate the degree from a 2 year Radiology Program).
