About The Position
Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist X-Ray for a travel/contract position in Keene, NH. This role involves performing routine diagnostic procedures, positioning patients, operating radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, and processing films. The technologist will also operate mobile equipment in various settings including the operating room, emergency room, and at patient's bedside. The position requires proficiency with Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, and OR c-arm, and experience with all age groups.
Requirements
- Radiologic Technologist Experience: 1+ year
- X-Ray Experience
- Proficient/highly experienced with Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, & OR c-arm
- Experience with ALL ages groups
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (Active or eligible to apply through reciprocity upon offer)
- Must have own transportation

Responsibilities
- Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.
- Completes all routine diagnostic procedures.
- Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
- Operates film processing equipment.
- Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room, emergency room or at patient's bedside.
