About The Position
At NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, the Radiology Department is a leader in advanced imaging technology and compassionate care, performing digital general X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures using four state-of-the-art digital X-ray units, including those in the Emergency Department and a dedicated orthopedic suite. The team consists of skilled, board-certified X-Ray Technologists who prioritize patient comfort and clinical excellence. This role involves operating advanced X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images under the direction of a radiologist and supervision of a department leader. It is a technical role without supervisory duties, where contributions directly support world-class clinical care, assisting in diagnosing rare and complex conditions, expanding knowledge alongside top professionals, and ensuring every patient receives the best in care and compassion.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
- New York State Radiologic Technologist license (Department of Health)
- ARRT Certification
