Radiologic Technologist Resident

About The Position

This position involves instructing patients on radiological procedures and positioning, and maintaining images within the electronic system. The role also includes maintaining and cleaning examination rooms, equipment, and the work area. Regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work cooperatively with others are essential. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an approved/accredited Radiology Program
  • Must be in the final stages of your Radiology Tech program
  • Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.
  • ARRT certification and current license in Tennessee or Mississippi (depending on the work location) is required and must be maintained.
  • Must obtain license within 90-days of graduating from Rad Tech Program.

Responsibilities

  • Instructs patients appropriately on radiological procedure and positioning
  • Maintains images in our electronic system
  • Maintains and cleans examination rooms and equipment and work area
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
