About The Position

This role performs a full range of diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established departmental guidelines. The Radiologic Technologist utilizes fixed imaging equipment, portable radiography, and fluoroscopic systems to support trauma imaging, operating room cases, and routine diagnostic exams. The Radiologic Technologist functions as a clinical role model and resource within the hospital, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The position is for a Pediatric Radiologic Technologist at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, which is the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washington’s South Sound. The hospital is designed with children and caregivers in mind, featuring advanced technology and modern workspaces across imaging modalities. Pediatric training is provided, and no prior pediatric experience is required. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for cross-training, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
  • X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health permitted but must transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health within the (3) three months of hiring.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification
  • BLS Certification
