As a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) Lead, you will be crucial in producing diagnostic images for accurate diagnosis and patient management. This role involves performing various imaging examinations such as X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while ensuring a positive patient experience through direct interaction. A deep understanding of diagnostic imaging's importance, including expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results for timely and accurate diagnoses, is essential.
