About The Position

As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions. Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction. To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses. Completes work with accuracy and thoroughness. Efficiently utilizes time in accomplishing work. Customer Focus – lives organizational and departmental service standards. Completes tasks assigned; follows up as needed. Meets attendance standards; is punctual; works when needed. Displays sound judgment; works with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Associate of Science
  • Graduate of Radiology Technology Program from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years acute care hospital experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
  • Medical Radiographer: TX (MRAD:TX)
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
