About The Position

The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, daily checks of the work area, and department ancillary functions. This role also involves providing education to patients and staff, and maintaining professionalism and qualities consistent with a radiographer.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current VT Radiologic Technologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and functions independently.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and problem-prevention skills.
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
