Under the general direction of the X-Ray Supervisor, the Radiologic Technologist I is responsible for taking and processing plain diagnostic X-rays. This role ensures the quality, safety, and organization of X-ray operations, including compliance with standards and regulations. The technologist will interface with patients, clinicians, and vendors. Additionally, the role involves performing medical office assistant, lab, and other support duties when not occupied in the X-ray department. The purpose of Campus Health & Wellbeing is to help students achieve and maintain academic success and lifelong health and wellbeing by providing timely and appropriate primary and acute health care, disease and injury prevention education, professional mental health, outreach, educational services and campus consultations.
