About The Position
Operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images. Provides appropriate patient education regarding the radiology procedure. The technologist ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
- Must have current BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images.
- Provides appropriate patient education regarding the radiology procedure.
- Ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner.
