About The Position

We are seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist within Mammography to perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager. This position will work at multiple locations, both diagnostic and screening. Must be able to work multiple weekend shifts and/or back up call each month as well as pick up a minimum of one weekday shift per week. Requirements

Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology
Previous healthcare experience
ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire
Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire
ARRT Mammography (M) certification within 30 months
CPR certification within 3 months

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
2 years of clinical experience

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.
Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.
Coordinate and actively participate in the training of other Imaging technologists, fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs and assist in training other Imaging technologists.
