Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Must be currently registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • A valid, current state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (as required by local regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate, life-saving medical decisions for every patient.
  • Advocate for patient safety by meticulously applying radiation protection protocols and selecting precise exposure factors to minimize unnecessary risks.
  • Guide patients through the imaging journey by providing clear communication, compassionate positioning, and continuous monitoring to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Optimize clinical workflows by maintaining peak equipment performance and refining imaging protocols to elevate the department’s standard of care.
  • Manage the integrity of the patient’s digital record by ensuring all data, markers, and histories are accurately submitted for a seamless diagnostic review.
