About The Position

Care for our community, and your career. This position requires a skilled Radiation Therapy Technologist to provide care within the Samaritan Medical Center's Radiation Oncology department. The role involves utilizing major Radiation Oncology equipment, manufacturer’s hardware and software, and adhering to on-call requirements. Effective communication in English is essential, along with maintaining all necessary state and federal licenses and certifications.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiation Oncology Technology.
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
  • Department specific training.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Maintains all registries and licenses required by state and federal law.

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience and training in Radiation Oncology Therapy.
