About The Position

VitalHire is hiring a travel Radiation Therapist specializing in Radiation Oncology for an acute care hospital in Eureka, California. This is a 13-week assignment with two openings. The therapist may need to float between like units. Charting is performed in Epic.

The schedule is a day shift of five 8-hour shifts, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekly pay is $3,062. Eligible travelers may receive a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,512 per week. The assignment starts November 16, 2026.

Requirements

• Active California license or certification for the Radiation Oncology specialty; compact credentials are accepted where applicable.
• 1–2 years of recent Radiation Oncology experience.
• ARRT(T) certification.
• State radiologic license where required.
• BLS certification.
