Requirements

• Graduate of an ARRT approved program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span.
• The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• ARRT registration
• Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Certified Therapy Technologist (CTT) certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date, and must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.

• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer advanced radiation therapies with exceptional accuracy and compassionate care.
• Apply your expertise in dosimetry, computer systems, and specialized oncology equipment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and fellow therapists.
• Mentor and teach the next generation of Radiation Therapists, including Fellows, Residents, and students.
• Problem-solve, communicate effectively, and maintain organization in a high-volume clinical setting.
