About The Position

This Radiation Therapist assignment focuses on adult and geriatric outpatient oncology care. The role involves treating patients with various diagnoses including cancer, heterotopic bone conditions, and keloids. The department utilizes advanced radiation therapy technology such as Elekta Versa HD with Hexapod Table Top and Vision RT. The position requires a flu vaccination, with only medical or religious exemptions permitted. Latex allergies cannot be accommodated.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience.
• ARRT(T) certification.
• BLS certification.
• Flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions only).
• SSN, date of birth, and requested time off at the time of submission.
• Passport-style badge photo within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Pending Wisconsin or compact license accepted if completed during compliance.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with cancer, heterotopic bone conditions, and keloids.
• Utilize advanced radiation therapy technology including Elekta Versa HD with Hexapod Table Top and Vision RT.
• Provide treatment support for cases such as prostate cancer with seeds or fiducials, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, kidney cancer, heterotopic bone, and keloids.
• Perform CT Simulation.
• Administer external beam therapy.
• Implement IMRT.
• Ensure radiation safety.
• Support treatment with Vision RT.
