Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent accredited program.
- Diploma or certification in Radiation Therapy.
- Current registry or registry-eligible status as a Radiation Therapist in good standing.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team while maintaining a high level of patient care.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Experience using Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Philips CT software.
- Knowledge of modern radiation therapy techniques and oncology best practices.
- Experience providing compassionate care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
