About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate of radiation therapy program required.
- American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technology certification required.
- Current BLS.
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience desired.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient services using imaging modalities for simulation and xray therapy equipment to treat patients for malignancies and pain.
- Applies principles of radiation protection while operating equipment to both localize treatment volume and the delivery of prescribed dosage in accordance with treatment plan.
- Documents components of the therapeutic care process in a concise, legible format consistent with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
