Requirements

• IEMA License and application of ARRT required.
• Must obtain ARRT 2 years after employment.
• Completion of radiation therapy program; minimum of a two-year associate degree/certificate required
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation for the purpose of treating diseases, primarily cancer
• Perform simulations, treatment planning, and special procedures
• Perform quality assurance activities, detecting equipment malfunctions and taking appropriate action
• Perform weekly chart checks
