About The Position
Find your purpose working as a Radiation Therapist with CentraCare’s Alexandria Radiation Oncology team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will oversee the preparation, coordination and delivery of radiation oncology treatments for patients 18 years of age and older. Our Radiation Therapists actively support patient and workplace safety initiatives and promote family-centered care through compassionate and collaborative interactions with patients, families and coworkers. On occasion, this position may require helping out at CentraCare's other Radiation Oncology locations including Wadena, St. Cloud, Willmar and Monticello.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of Radiation Therapy
- ARRT certification and registration in Radiation Therapy, or registry eligibility, is required. Registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification and registration within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card required per established policy
- Experience in a radiation therapy establishment of comparable size and activity
