Radiation Therapist -CVH PRCC Radiation Therapy
About The Position
Trillium Health Partners is one of Canada’s largest community-based teaching hospitals, serving the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto, and surrounding communities. They are seeking enthusiastic candidates to perform all aspects of radiation planning and treatment processes as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Their comprehensive Regional Cancer Centre provides a broad range of cancer services including radiation treatment, systemic therapy, supportive care, surgical oncology prevention, screening and clinical research to patients and their families in the Peel-Halton Region. The current population served exceeds 1.5 million.
Requirements
- Radiation Therapist Certified with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO)
- A minimum of two years practical related experience is an asset
- Current CPR registration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent technical, communication and organizational skills are required
- Satisfactory attendance and performance required
Nice To Haves
- Membership in CAMRT (Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologist) preferred.
