Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
  • American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to coordinate individualized treatment plans
  • Provide empathetic, patient-centered care, supporting patients and families through complex and emotional treatment journeys
  • Operate advanced systems including: Varian TrueBeam with RapidArc, HyperSight, and Identify, ViewRay MRIdian A3i for MRI‑guided radiation therapy, Total skin electron therapy (TSET)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a team culture rooted in trust, accountability, and collaboration, where therapists rely on one another and function as a cohesive unit
