About The Position
Arise CareStaff is hiring a Radiation Therapist to work for our client healthcare facility in West Hollywood, CA. This is a travel position with a shift of Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00) and a job duration of 13 weeks. The role requires computer charting using Epic.
Requirements
- Current California State License
- Current A.R.R.T certification
- BLS certification by American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as Radiation Therapist
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
- Monitor patients during treatment and report any changes or side effects.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
