About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Radiation Therapists to support advanced oncology treatment services in Utah, USA. This role is ideal for professionals with strong clinical expertise, hands-on experience with modern radiation therapy equipment, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Human relations and effective communication skills.
Active license as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Utah
ARRT Credential in Radiation Therapy Technology
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
Experience with ARIA and Varian TrueBeam systems
Experience with Surface Guidance Systems, IGRT, CBCT, DIBH, and SBRT treatments

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with ARIA
Prior experience with Varian TrueBeam
Experience with Surface Guidance Systems
Experience with all types of Image Guidance including MV ports, KV2D match, CBCT, extended CBCT’s and KV beam’s eye view imaging.
Prior experience with Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH) treatments
Prior experience with Stereotactic Body Radiation Treatments (SBRT)

Responsibilities

Perform verification checks and apply quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of dose calculations.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of life-span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient's status and provide care as described in the department's policies and procedures manual.
Follow department policies, procedures and checklists to ensure safe, accurate treatments.
Accurately charge for procedures performed.
Review and understand a treatment plan to accurately treat patients.
