About The Position
Sentara is hiring a Radiation Therapist I for Norfolk General Hospital, in Norfolk, Virginia. This position involves providing radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist according to established practices and standards. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for qualified candidates, and relocation packages are available. The role is full-time, first shift.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED
- ARRT Certification PREFERRED
- All new graduates will remain Radiation Therapist I for the first 2 years of employment and are required to pass boards within 6 months of hire.
- Completion of an approved certification program prior to 2016 in lieu of Associates degree will also be considered.
- No experience required
