We are looking to hire a Radiation Oncology Supervisor! As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will: Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services Adhere to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program
Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist
ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy
BLS Mandatory Reporter

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
previous management experience preferred
Dosimetry certification by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board preferred

Responsibilities
