About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the radiation oncology unit, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to oncology patients. Your role is crucial to their overall Patient Experience. You will be encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes for professional growth and receive ongoing feedback and career development from your Manager through performance appraisals and 1:1 communication. Opportunities to get involved include joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- 2 year(s) of recent Radiation /Oncology Nurse experience preferred.
