About The Position

KODA is seeking a full-time Radar Software Analyst for the PATRIOT Engineering Services Program to perform software and system analysis activities that include system validation, requirements analysis, data analysis and flight/ground test execution and analysis. This position will be 100% on-site at Redstone Arsenal.

Requirements

Experience in radar, surveillance or radar software analysis
Comprehensive understanding of radar principles and signal processing
Experience with C++ and MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages
Ability to read code and identify areas with discrepancies
Ability to analyze complex datasets, evaluate information, and identify trends
Ability to evaluate software documentation including descriptions, flowcharts and requirements for completeness and accuracy
Attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive issues efficiently
Strong communication skills to include oral and written ability to communicate detailed technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and collaborate with government agencies and military personnel
5 or more years of relevant experience
BS in engineering, computer science or a STEM field
Ability to travel up to 15%

Nice To Haves

Systems-level experience with radar, sensors, and/or similar systems
Experience in any or all of the following disciplines: Design, Trajectory, Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC), Radar Cross Section (RCS) Signatures, Optical Signatures, Telemetry
U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance is required
