About The Position

Radar Signatures Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every day in our government. What if you could use your technical skills to help them make informed decisions? As a radar systems engineer, you will be responsible for examining radar emissions, communication data, and other electronic data to identify and assess foreign electronic capabilities. You will use advanced data processing tools and techniques to collect, interpret, and analyze data, providing critical insights into potential threats and strategic developments. You will conduct thorough analyses of electronic radar data, preparing detailed reports and briefings that communicate your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. You will work closely with other professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and support joint operations. Requirements

  • Experience with radar phenomenology, including SNR, RCS, MTI, track accuracy, and false tracks
  • Experience in radar processing, RF signal processing, and GEOINT production
  • Experience tasking and operating space‑based ISR systems
  • Ability to provide technical findings, system capability assessments, and recommendations for CONEMP decisions
  • Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in a fast-paced, operational working environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or Science and 5+ years of experience with radar engineering, or 10+ years of experience with radar engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading engineering reviews or participating in mission readiness boards
  • Experience briefing senior stakeholders or producing technical whitepapers
  • Knowledge of MTI dissemination frameworks and exploitation tools
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
