Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems engineering, system integration, verification and/or validation.
  • Experience with RADAR programs (E.g. RF design, & Testing).
  • Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Secret - Current Security Clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

  • EVMS certification (PM level 6 or better) and cost estimating (BoE) experience.
  • Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with SPY-6 or other naval radar programs.
  • Experience interfacing with customers.
  • Experience as a site lead

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of assets and laboratory space resources to support multiple simultaneous efforts.
  • Manage an operation and execution schedule, required to execute tasking.
  • Maintain onsite schedule and personnel assignments.
  • Communication of issues and priority changes across IPTs and platforms
  • Ensuring resources have proper training, equipment, and site access.
  • Drive safety, calibration & similar processes.
  • Collaborate with test architects and RPL to understand test needs/identify opportunities to use Portsmouth to integrate earlier and closer to home/TDMC initiatives.
  • Develop integration and test plans, and detailed integration and test milestones to meet program objectives.
  • Regular interaction with multiple internal program leadership and technical teams.
  • Interface with customer representatives during technical interchange meetings or onsite demonstrations.
  • Contribute to proposal work estimates, biding, and gate reviews.
  • Planning for and communicating site needs to various stakeholders.
  • Interfacing with site facilities to coordinate any support needed.
