Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in systems engineering, system integration, verification and/or validation.
Experience with RADAR programs (E.g. RF design, & Testing).
Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Secret - Current Security Clearance
Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

Nice To Haves

EVMS certification (PM level 6 or better) and cost estimating (BoE) experience.
Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
Experience working with SPY-6 or other naval radar programs.
Experience interfacing with customers.
Experience as a site lead

Responsibilities

Coordination of assets and laboratory space resources to support multiple simultaneous efforts.
Manage an operation and execution schedule, required to execute tasking.
Maintain onsite schedule and personnel assignments.
Communication of issues and priority changes across IPTs and platforms
Ensuring resources have proper training, equipment, and site access.
Drive safety, calibration & similar processes.
Collaborate with test architects and RPL to understand test needs/identify opportunities to use Portsmouth to integrate earlier and closer to home/TDMC initiatives.
Develop integration and test plans, and detailed integration and test milestones to meet program objectives.
Regular interaction with multiple internal program leadership and technical teams.
Interface with customer representatives during technical interchange meetings or onsite demonstrations.
Contribute to proposal work estimates, biding, and gate reviews.
Planning for and communicating site needs to various stakeholders.
Interfacing with site facilities to coordinate any support needed.
