About The Position
The Radiology Technologist performs radiologic diagnostic procedures, adheres to proper Radiation Safety procedures, and performs procedures accurately and efficiently. He/she also performs necessary quality control on equipment and assumes responsibility for maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills. The Radiologic Technologist will also provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Radiologic Technologist certification
- Knowledge of Radiation Safety procedures
- Ability to perform procedures accurately and efficiently
- Ability to perform quality control on equipment
- Commitment to maintaining and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills
