About The Position

The Rad Tech Cardiac Cath Lab performs daily digital equipment quality control and supports cardiac catheterization procedures by carrying out assigned duties such as scrubbing, x-ray, circulating, and physiologic monitoring. The role also performs digital imaging and related tasks, including transferring images to storage and copying and mailing CDs to other facilities. The technologist maintains strict compliance with radiation safety and contributes to a high-performance work environment by pursuing educational resources to maintain and enhance current knowledge and skills. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited radiology technologist school or program.
• At least two years of special procedures experience.
