About The Position

We are seeking qualified instructors for Pickleball, Platform Tennis, and Tennis to provide instruction for our participants. Instructors are responsible for instructing participants various skills and drills for each sport. Duties include but are not limited to developing and facilitating activities and drills, court set-up and takedown, group lessons, private lessons, and creating a fun, friendly environment for participants to learn the game. Programs include both youth and adult lessons. Pickleball programs run year round, Platform Tennis programs run Winter/Spring/Fall, and Tennis programs run Spring/Summer/Fall.

Requirements

• Previous playing and/or coaching experience is required.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid/CPR/AED certified highly desired (GEPD will provide this training when needed).

Responsibilities

• Instructing participants in various skills and drills for Pickleball, Platform Tennis, and Tennis.
