• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, display areas, and storage spaces to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with management and other staff to plan promotions, restock merchandise, and update product displays.
