About The Position
The ideal candidate will provide a quality tennis experience for guest and members of The Boca Raton. Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: Oversee court, lesson and clinic reservations Knowledge of all tennis programs Promote events Assist members and guests with game matching Lesson and court fee billing Retail sales. Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Racquet Sports External Relationships Has regular contact with Club members and Resort guests, meeting planners, vendors.
Requirements
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Resort and/or country club experience
- Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
- Maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Nice To Haves
- Good tennis knowledge a plus.
