About The Position
Elm Plating is a family-owned and operated business with a welcoming, safe, and employee-oriented environment. We are a high production metal finisher providing zinc barrel plating, heat treating, dip spin coating, sorting/packaging, and anodizing services.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and follow written work instructions.
- Attention to detail and quality is a must.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity skills.
- Must maintain prompt and regular attendance.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form.
- Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
- Understands the environmental impact of their division.
Responsibilities
- Follow production schedule and instructions given by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Read and understand routers.
- Follow work instructions.
- Comply with all work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
