About The Position

Responsible for preparing parts for the production process and assisting the operator as needed. This role involves determining job priorities, selecting appropriate racking procedures, wiring or clipping objects to racks, and removing parts after processing. The position also requires completing paperwork, ensuring proper PPE and safety guidelines are followed, maintaining a clean work area, and correctly disposing of hazardous waste.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (required)
• Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs.
• This is a physically active job.
• Requires vision, average sight, touch
• MUST be able to wear PPE
• Must meet ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing
• Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed
• Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing
• Remove parts from rack or bar after processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean working area at all times by disposing of any unnecessary trash or wires
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
