About The Position

Support metal finishing operations by racking, drying, and handling heavy parts. Prepare parts for finishing processes and ensure proper handling throughout production. Maintain flow of materials through racking and drying areas. Learn metal finishing processes with potential advancement into Quality Control.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance
• Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time consistently
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs throughout shift
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred but not required
• Strong work history and willingness to learn new skills
• Good attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Potential interest in long-term growth into Quality Control role
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Rack heavy metal parts for finishing processes
• Move, stage, and organize parts throughout production areas
• Operate drying equipment as part of finishing workflow
• Inspect parts for obvious defects before and after processing
• Follow detailed instructions for part handling and placement
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Work safely while handling heavy materials
• Follow production schedules and meet workflow demands
• Support team members in finishing and production tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
