Rack Runner
About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated, team-building individual to fill Full-Time and Part-Time Retail Associate Rack Runner position at our Birch Run Store located in the Birch Run Premium Outlets. This role involves running racks of product, processing wares and textiles, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The company's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency, and profits fund programs to help people find work. They also have a strong commitment to recycling.
Requirements
- Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
- Can you reach, bend or stoop?
- Can you distinguish colors?
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
- Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
- Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
Responsibilities
- Run 5 racks per hour, getting product into proper place and color
- Wares and Textiles processing while meeting stock and production goals
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Provided EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
