About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Associate Rack Runner positions at our Saginaw store located at 4675 Bay Road in Saginaw. This role involves processing wares and textiles, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The company's mission is to assist individuals with barriers to employment in making the transition to independence and self-sufficiency, with profits funding programs that help people find work. Additionally, the company is committed to recycling and diverting materials from landfills.
Requirements
- Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
- Can you reach, bend or stoop?
- Can you distinguish colors?
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
- Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
- Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?
Responsibilities
- Run 5 racks per hour, getting product into proper place and color
- Wares and Textiles processing while meeting stock and production goals
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Provided EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
