About The Position

The Rack Pusher is responsible for safely moving product racks from the stack-off area to the yield scale and other designated areas within the production floor. This role ensures accurate product handling, proper communication with the Yield Scale Operator, and supports overall production flow while maintaining Tyson Foods safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Frequent standing, walking, and pushing of racks.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Repetitive motion throughout shift.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Transport full racks from stack-off area to the yield scale for weighing.
• Communicate correct product codes to the Yield Scale Operator.
• Push racks into blast tunnels and other designated areas.
• Assist Rack & Wheel Movers as needed.
• Move racks to rework areas when required.
• Follow all plant procedures for starting and ending shifts.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety.
