About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. As Rack Energization Manager, you will manage a team of technicians and/or vendors responsible for rack energization execution within your assigned site(s). This role focuses on people management, execution oversight, and operational consistency within a clearly defined scope. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians and/or vendors responsible for rack energization execution within your assigned site(s)
• Ensure racks are powered, validated, and transitioned to deployment or operations in alignment with defined procedures, schedules, and safety standards
