Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the training program
Outgoing, positive, and supportive
Collaborative and participant-centric
Excellent communicator with the ability to listen and adapt
Communicate professionally with the team, staff, vendors and participants
Builds and maintains trust by using sound judgment
Willing to go above and beyond when needed

Nice To Haves

USATF, RRCA or UESCA certified preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead participants during workouts
Educate participants and coaches on the purpose of every workout
Check path/route conditions when safety and resources are questionable
Communicate weekly with Racing Team Manager on weekly training announcements, inserts, training session details, route and coach assignments
Liaise with Fleet Feet staff to answer participant questions on training gear and essentials
