About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Follows all operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures. Accurately handling various forms of cash transactions, decision-making, problem solving, complaint resolution, and customer service. Ensures appearance of bar and lounge are maintained in a clean and functional manner. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on duty. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
