About The Position

Part Time Race Event Associate $ 16.90/per hour. This role involves assisting Race Directors with their events, including providing advice and managing sponsorship requirements. The associate will be responsible for organizing and setting up events owned by Running Room, as well as setting up and operating booths at Expos for larger sponsorship events. A key responsibility includes setting up and tearing down Running Room equipment for both sponsorship and Running Room owned events. Requirements

• Good communication skills required
• Very organized individuals who is able to do tasks independently and on time
• Heavy lifting required
• Vehicle is required
• Looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual who has had experience with running events or been involved at running/walking events

Responsibilities

• Work with Race Directors to assist with their events through even advice and sponsorship requirements
• Organizing and setting up Running Room owned events
• Setting up and help run booth at Expos in larger sponsorship events
• Setting up and tearing down Running Room equipment (for sponsorship and Running Room owned events)
