This role involves performing manufacturing operations for producing proof of concept demonstrators and prototypes. The technician will use advanced weaving/injection knowledge and critical thinking to produce concepts as designed per engineering instructions. They will act as an interface between engineering and manufacturing, communicating observations and experiences. The position requires accurate equipment setup, daily autonomous maintenance, and execution of unconventional or prototypical processes. Responsibilities also include assisting in developing improvement methods, completing documentation, performing ERP transactions, and aiding in process capability studies and equipment qualifications. The technician will be an active participant in R&T teams and audits, utilize RCCA tools, and ensure a clean and safe work environment. Reviewing documentation and providing feedback on procedures are also key aspects of the role.
