This role involves performing manufacturing operations for proof of concept demonstrators and prototypes. The technician will utilize advanced weaving/injection knowledge and critical thinking to produce concepts as designed per engineering instructions. A key aspect of the role is serving as the interface between engineering and manufacturing, requiring strong diagnostic and communication skills to convey experiences and observations. The position also involves setting up equipment, executing daily autonomous maintenance, performing unconventional processes, and assisting in developing improvement methods. Accurate documentation of development processes, timely transactions in the ERP system, and participation in process capability studies, equipment qualifications, and validations are also expected. The technician will assist in investigating and implementing new equipment, processes, and products, and will be an active participant in R&T teams and audits, utilizing RCCA tools. Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations is mandatory, as is maintaining a clean and safe work environment in development areas. Reviewing and providing feedback on documentation, assembly, inspection, test, and packaging procedures is also part of the role. Other duties may be assigned.
