As an R&D Validation and Process Engineer, Materials, you will play a critical, hands-on role in validating 3D printing materials, optimizing complex resin processing parameters, and ensuring seamless end-to-end performance across SprintRay's digital dentistry ecosystem. Working in close collaboration with materials scientists, workflow optimization specialists, hardware engineers, and validation teams, you will establish rigorous validation protocols for next-generation dental photopolymers, evaluate material properties from bench scale through production, and author comprehensive process validation reports based on thorough hands-on testing. This is a fully on-site position ideal for a data-driven engineer with a strong background in materials characterization, additive manufacturing process optimization, and technical report writing.
