Requirements

• 0–2 years of laboratory, research, or manufacturing experience preferred (nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or related industry).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Formulation R&D Specialist with product development and reformulation projects.
• Prepare raw materials, ingredients, and laboratory equipment for testing.
• Support pilot production trials and product development activities.
• Collect, record, and report experimental data accurately.
• Prepare samples for analytical, microbiological, and stability testing.
• Assist with stability studies and product evaluations.
• Maintain organized R&D documentation and technical files.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and help order supplies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
